Growing in Unity Wednesday

Meet Kris:

Here is a little something about Kris:

"Hi! My name is Kris, and I am addicted to Unity!  

I actually was bit by the cardmaking/scrapbooking bug about 20+ years ago when I was invited to a home stamping party. That was before high speed internet, Facebook and blogging!  As my family grew, I decided to quit my banking job and become a stay at home mom.  I began doing a little daycare to help make ends meet; so with no time to play, I packed away my little stash of paper crafting supplies.  

After 11 years, I quit my home daycare business and went to work for our local county government.  Then about three years ago, I decided to start papercrafting again. My daughter was starting to scrapbook and do a little cardmaking, so I decided to start crafting again; it became a great bonding time for us. My mother-in-law gave us a subscription to Cardmaker magazine and in one issue I game across a card with the Phyllis Harris image from the Your Wings Exist set.  That's how I discovered Unity and I've been hooked ever since!  I started my blog 3 years ago (how time flies!) to share my love of cardmaking.  It's been an exciting and fun learning process.
