Mixed Media Saturday: Make Everyday Count!!

Good Morning Unity Friends!  It's Karen sharing a 6x8 mixed media canvas project with you today!
I've got lots of the "Make Everyday Count SMAK" kit stamps showing off one of {ippity}'s newest stamps "Angie Girl", designed by Unity Artista extraordinaire, Angie Blom!!

I started by paper-piecing this gorgeous Angie girl, and then used my Faber Castell pens to color and shade her body!  Then, I added the bubble wrap dots in various paints, and used the "heart, diamond, club" stamp too in paint.  Created huge flowers using my Spellbinders die, and stamped inside each center with that beautiful "I am" stamp!  Added a huge banner and curled the edges a tiny bit.  Adhered some flowers and lace to the top banner stamp...then added some black outlining and shading with my PITT pens!

You should see my hands..a dirty mess, but I had fun creating during the rain storm!!
