It's me,
Lesley with you today, and I am so very excited to show you these NEW stamps.
I had the chance to work with two background stamps (
Quilted Blooms, SheArt PrintTexture), each measuring approx. 6" in length! I also worked with a SheArt girl, called SHE was a daughter.
I stamped onto white paper, then applied Tumbled Glass and Shabby Shutter Distress Stains. Stitched the background to green patterned paper, then die cut some Spellbinders Edgeabilities to make a decorative edge for underneath. The sentiment is also a new release from
Simple Stories.
For this card, I stamped onto white paper again, then applied Spun Sugar, Shabby Shutters, and Wild Honey Distress Stains. I cut out my SHE girl, and stitched her to the card along with the background. The sentiment is from the
Aug 2011 Kit of the Month.
