Shine, shine, shine!

I decided to get all crazy with some of the recently released sets.

I absolutely LOVE all the banners and flags from The Best set. A lot of paper piecing went into this card. The lamp was colored with some Copic markers and then I added some rhinestones to the lamp stem. Unfortunately, they don't 'shine' as much as I had hoped in the photo.
But that is ok, because really the {ippity} is suppose to shine.
