Super Sweet Celebration!

Happy Monday! Carolina here and let me just ask you...are you as excited about this week as I am? All I can say is hang on to your seats because you're in for a fun ride! When I sat down to design today's card I wanted to express the excitement I was feeling about this week and upon glancing through my Unity collection, the sentiment Super~ Sweet hit the nail on the head! This is what I came up with.



The lollipop image and sentiment are from the Stampin Store Kit, Super Sweet & Stuck on You. I colored the lollipop images with Copics and then covered the candy part with Crystal Laquer. To the sticks of the lollipops, I added some White Opal Liquid Pearls to give it a bit more dimension. The bows are paper pieced from some My Minds Eye's Be Loved patterned paper. The halfback pearls were the final embellishements I added to the lollipops.

To the pocket the lollipops sit in, I added some tissue paper and sewed it into place. The strip on top of the card front, I added last to bring the blue out a bit.
