Hello to you, and happy Monday and Presidents Day! Its Latisha here. Did you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day? I hope you did! My husband will be deployed next year on Valentine's Day, so he took me to a fancy schmancy dinner (I know schmancy isn't a word, but I like the way it sounds, say it, its fun). After dinner, feeling inspired by love, him and all that he does for our family, I made a lovey dovey layout of us. The picture was taken of us at a formal Navy dinner in December, so its pretty recent (meaning we both look the same).
Okay, here are the deets of the page. Do you see those awesome stamps in the bottom left corner? The one that says "Moment: A snapshot of time to savor, LIVING & BEING together" how perfect is that!! Well, its from the February Kit of the month. Then that other sentiment that says "life: dream it * believe it * live it", it is from the Ippity stamp set called What Matters Most. That set lovely on so many levels.
Now, this card was made using the new Donna Downey stamp set by Unity, called Insightful Meadow. Okay, these stamps are HUGE! I wanted to show you that you can use them on a card, but I really see myself using them on scrapbook pages or altered art. The smallest image is probably 3 1/2 inches, and the largest is around 7 inches...love that! You can find this stamp set at your favorite Unity retailer.
A few life quotes to leave you with today...
