It has 21 stamps that are a teenie version of some of my LARGE stamps including:

Unity provides a handle that has a unique & simple support for our thin wood mounted and un-mounted stamps. We also provide stamps that support Scrapbooking and Card Making. Aside from our mini's we have TONS of smaller stamps within our kits are perfect for card making. The ones I have made smaller are the ones that were EXTRA LARGE to begin with.

I have taken some (not all) of my "EXTRA LARGE" stamps reduced them down significantly as you can see above. The large ones will fit beautifully on Cards as a background of sorts, and can be used fabulously for Scrabooking. The mini ones are specifically geared toward cards and mini scrapbooks.

Hello, Happy Tuesday!

I found a moment yesterday to participate in the challenge that Christi Snow has posted in the Unity Forum at Splitcoast. Every Monday Christi will be posting a fun little project for us to work on! Take a peek here.

This is a photo taken WAY BACK in 2001. I was on my 7th year of being a home-maker to 3 young boys and Oprah was an inspiration to me. My parents knew how much I wanted to attend a live taping of the her show. It was nearly impossible to get a seat in that audience. My father, being the caring person he is...did the next best thing! He sent my mother and I to the "Live Your Best Life" tour in Minneapolis. He put me right in the second row. On Father's Day 2001 - the boys ages 10, 8, & 4 went golfing with Dad and Papa while my mother and I enjoyed Oprah Winfrey at her best! Special Memory.

Out growing me by a leaping foot, I swear....beginning of the school year I was looking down at him, I turned around look what happened!

Can you see it in his eyes? Exactly...BUSY and SPOILED! This kid ROCKS!

The three oldest and their Mama....I looked at them together yesterday and took a deep breath. One of those "moments" that you realize just how extremely blessed you are!

Honestly, I could spend HOURS at Unity! Between the orders, Splitcoast, daily correspondence, etc. Every time I even so much as THINK about going to Unity, my heart jumps like it used to on Christmas Eve! I love it here! That being said...I adore my family time as well. Those boys are SO good to me...ALL 5 of them. We decided to spend some time at "The Hunting Shack" as the boys call it, or "Shadow Wood" as some in the family would prefer...Either way it is a fun retreat all year long where we spend time riding 4 wheelers, enjoying a bonfire, playing cards, talking smart and EATING! It is a mini vacation 15 minutes from home that we will always be grateful for! What does this have to do with STAMPING? Absolutely NOTHING! (unless I coordinate a little retreat there! THAT'S a thought!) Hope you enjoyed it anyway!

"I had been STALKING the Unity Stamp release, since I first saw their stuff posted on Craft Critque.Well one day there was some blog candy for Beautiful Butterflies. OMG! I almost fell over! I was in LOVE!!! I obviously didn't win the candy but since then I had been DYING to get my set. FINALLY I ordered. Unity has some fabulous local engineers working on their handles. If you have been following our blog you will know that already. At any rate - they are made with extremley HIGH quality. Time to focus....

I can finally step away from filling orders, hand that job over to some of the fabulous people at Unity and start focusing on adding more STAMPS to our line! I am so excited! The first orders are starting to "leave the building" and it was an exciting opening for Unity. I feel extremely blessed with the reception our line is getting from every angle. Everyone has been extremely supportive! My family, friends, my design team, the people who work with us EVERYDAY ( and well into the evening I might add), our clients, our stores, Splitcoast - EVERYONE has been nothing less than splendid.

We had a little "release party" at Unity this weekend. My mother made gourmet appetizers and we welcomed all the people who have taken part in our lives and Unity. So many have shown amazing support through the last 6 months....6 months...wow! Amazing.

We are loving the moment and looking forward to this journey - I know we are in for some serious F-U-N!

Wow...it takes a small village....

...AND our UPS man, Wayne to launch a stamp company!

This is the intense "pad printer" that puts all the images on our wood cassettes at Unity. It was a PROCESS to get this bad boy down to a science!

But...THEY DID IT! Beautiful Images courtesy of some serious brain power - and...

MISTAKES!!!!

Hey...who said it was going to be easy? Fun, yes....Easy, Nope!

Hence, we are all in good spirits and the giddiness kicks in around 2:30 daily as the 80's music blares and Unity emerges from a mere vision of two dreamers to a HUGE reality that has produced so many unbelievable relationships, good times, and excitement for the future of this company.

As our kits are assembled...

and the orders go out the door....

you can be sure we are here to STAY!

What started as a simple "WISH" has now become so much bigger, so real, and so wonderful!

We have run into some simple challenges as opening day came and went, although they are being continuously remedied and life at Unity remains full speed ahead.
