Have I ever mentioned...I {LUV} Sundays?

Not only does he MAKE CARDS....
Right this very minute I am watching Chris make "No Peek" Stew for our Sunday evening meal. What a guy. Sunday morning - coffee, kids, home. Love it!
He ALSO DID make me POPCORN last night. Feeling so spoiled!
What a SWEETIE!
Please ignore the refrigerator!
In my attempt to show you my hubby making me popcorn I have made that messy fridge the FOCAL point of the photo. What can I say? Four boys, art work, spelling lists, book lists, pictures - it gets "layered"!
Family of 6 requires AT LEAST this much popcorn! He even had to make ONE MORE BOWL!
...and Nic was not even around last night! Now 16 with his own wheels - He is always off and running! Mr. Social.

The POPCORN party involved Sawyer (6)
James (10)

Luke (13) - with a very pink eye.
{he was at his buddies house hanging out in the barn - not good for his allergies}
So with TONS of Buttter....
and M&M's for mom.....

We settled in for a movie.
It was nice.
It was relaxing.
It was Saturday!

Today we are all going different directions. I am off to a baby shower and Chris is taking the boys to the Hunting Shack for some clay pigeon shooting. It is a splendid Fall morning - and I need to make some of my pancakes (yummy) - Off to start the day!!
Would you like a quote? This one is simple yet brilliant!
Happiness comes of the capacity to feel deeply, to enjoy simply, to think freely, to risk life, to be needed.

What a beautiful family, and a nice hubby! Mine went grocery shopping this morning and is making me an omelet as we speak. I guess I don't have it so bad either now that I think of it. I wish my family was all together, and getting along with each other, at the same time. Maybe I should rent more movies!

Angela, thank you so much for sharing this. I don't know you or your family but your entry and the pictures were "feel good" about life momentos. Thank you for sharing you and your family with us! I almost felt like I was sitting on the sofa with you all, passing the popcorn bowl. What a family!

What a fun night! I can't wait to have this kind of night! But being that Brady goes to sleep at 7:30pm, it seems like it won't be for a while. :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures!

Hey, I like your fridge! I think ours may even have a bit more on it! I also have 4 boys, but a bit older than yours. Our oldest is 23 and living in Pittsburgh, about 500 mile from us. Next one is 21, away at school. Our 2 youngest are 18 and 16, so Saturday nights are definitely a bit lonelier than they used to be. The girlfriends are much more interesting than us!;)

Beautiful family! Enjoy them while you can!

You and your boys need to be in magazines! Seriously - you might have missed one of your callings! :) Your youngest DOES look a lot like my son! (he was the one with the two front teeth missing that you posted on) :) Looks like a lot of fun! :)
